recipe: Salad with sea lettuce


  • 6 tomatoes -medium size-
  • 1 avocado,
  • 10 gr (0,3 oz plus) dried sea lettuce
  • Modena vinegar
  • olive oil, salt
    Serves: 4

Preheat high your oven during 10 minutes. Put the dried sea lettuce to be roasted during half minute, only the time to become crispy (be careful it burns out very easily). Tomatoes should be cut in pieces, not too thick. Cut the avocado in two and empty out with with a teaspoon. In a bowl you mix tomatoes and avocado and the mashed sea lettuce . Add salt to your taste, 2 tablespoons Modena vinegar and 4 tablespoons olive oil.

Modena vinegar can be changed by juice of half lemon. Olive oil is the most tasty and healthy but you can use other kind of oil.
