                  | Spaghetti with fried garlic and sea lettuce  |

                      500 gr (1/2 lb) spaghetti
                        (or any other sort of pasta)4 garlic cloves 10 gr (0,3
                      oz plus) dried sea lettuce olive oil, saltServes: 4

                      RecipeBoil the spaghetti in salted
                            water, to your taste. If you like pasta "al dente",
                            it should be boiling during 8 minutes, no more. Preheat high
                            your oven during 10 minutes. Put the dried sea lettuce to be
                            roasted during half minute, only the time to become crispy
                            (be careful it burns out very easily). In a pan put 6 tablespoons
                            olive oil. When it is hot you add the very thin chopped garlic,
                            stirring until it glazes. Slow down the heat and add the chopped
                            sea lettuce (very small mashed). Pour on the spaghetti. Mix
                            the whole with two forks.
 
 Tips
 If you prefer you can cut the garlic in very thin slides, you
                            fry it until it glazes. Take out the garlic of the pan and
                            follow the recipe as above.
 You can use other kind of oil.
